DJ Z-Rex
Zachery Osbourne, professionally known as DJ Z-Rex. Music producer, audio engineer, and DJ out of Brooklyn, NY.
He started on piano and clarinet before getting into production full time. He graduated from the University of Hartford with a B.S. in Audio Engineering Technology and has been behind the boards ever since.
Z-Rex works with independent artists across hip-hop, trap, R&B, and drill. His production and engineering have taken him from Westchester to NYC's club circuit, with radio on Taste Radio, Dash Radio, and SiriusXM, and sessions with artists like Evan Lesoule and Mark Battles.
Outside the session, Z-Rex is one half of Ozzy Productions LLC, which he runs with his wife Zoë Beard-Osbourne. The company exists to develop and support artistic projects by providing space, time, and equipment. They put together events and activities that bring artists and their communities into the same room, and connect creators with the resources and networking they need to grow.
